From Muscle Shoals Alabama, John Brake pursued music at an early age, and took the opportunities that lay in the water to establish himself firmly in the music scene. Classically trained in violin and piano before the age of 10, John was offered to join the local symphony at 14, but turned it down in search of being an entertainer. Soon later, he was taught and mentored the gigging side of music by the late Harvey Thompson Jr, and joined Florence High School’s “Stage Band” for stage presence coaching. John is now a senior in Entertainment Business at UNA, and has become a well renowned musician for his classical rudiments, creative integrity, and high intensity on stage.
